Service is ok, but I don't understand why they would charge my son an extra 29$ to put his winters on which are already on rims when the wheels are off the car as part of the service package he was getting anyway. Seems like you wanted to charge him an extra 29$ for nothing. You ended up losing a good customer to the dealer which ended up being cheaper for a better service experience which even includes a shuttle and more comprehensive check up... To bad for Mineke... The dealer thanks you.
