My dog loves coming here! He enjoys going on the off leash hikes. It has really built his confidence being with other dogs. I highly recommend bringing your dog to roaming rovers.
Fabulous place to take your dog!! They take your dog on off leash hikes daily keep me informed and post lots of pictures couldn’t be happier with the service
So happy with the service I got from roaming rovers for my dogs. I was worried about leaving them for the first time but the staff ensured me they would be properly cared for and they were! They have been sleeping since I brought them home. Roaming Rovers took my dogs out for hikes daily like they would get at home. They kept as close as a routine to at home so my dogs could be comfortable and cared for during their stay! Recommend to all dog lovers :)
They lost my dog and when he showed-up at a neighboring home he had a shock collar that had been put on him without my approval. Without being trained on a shock collar, I suspect he was shocked and was running away from the pain. I had two dogs at the kennel for a week. they were not sure which dog they had lost. When I picked up my dogs, Staff confirmed that neither of the dogs had been walked on, or off leash since the first day. I was lucky to have had my civic tags on him.
You were well aware that they had gotten off leash and you were surprised. But at not time did you request an unleash walk for him. Your girl was on the off leash walks everyday. As for the ecollar it has a vibration and tone option, at not time did we use the stimulation, He was never in pain. I am highly offended that you would write this after the stress we went through trying to find your dog. He was exercised daily in our fenced area and never lacked for exercise.

Unsupervised, crated and left alone.
Dogs are crated and left alone in the home for hours while owners/employees are walking the dogs off-leash. E-collars used without owners permission. Over crowded and very small enclosure for outside play.
Dogs are left alone and secure they same as they would be when we are closed while the staff hike with the others. This is clearly explained at visits. we are gone daily from 10 - 12 and it would of been all in the information package given to you during your visit.
collars are not used without owners permission. I cannot determine if you are even a client of ours but you would be misinformed about our space being small. We have a 48ft x 9 ft run and a 60 ft x 40 ft run with agility equipment.
