The worst company I have ever dealt with! Worst customer service! I have scheduled the gas connection for stove and dryer appliances for beginning of December. The customer service lady said there will be a technician coming and on that day no one show up and I called the office and the front desk lady rescheduled for the second day. Then, the second day came and no one show up, again, I called the front desk and got told the next day. Then I patiently waited and still no one show up, and I call
Wow, called this company to come out as I had a piece leaking on my water that comes into my house, I wanted to send him a picture of the part as I understand it is not carried regularly, he was short and quick on the phone, (should have been my first clue), the only thing he wanted was to talk money for the service call, he came to my house, said, I dont have the part, let me put a band aid on your system for $125 service call, I will get the part and come back Monday for another $125 ahhh NO
Great people and very friendly.
I highly recommend Ron Parker's Plumbing and Heating. They were able to send someone to my house on the day I had a problem and they have modern equipment which was required for a correct diagnoses. The person they dispached was friendly, professional and best of all, good at his job. He went out of his way to find and fix the problem.
My first experience with them was great, the plumber replaced a toilet, was very professional and friendly. My second experience was very, very odd. The plumber showed up at 7:30 am, for a job to replace the kitchen faucet. He left while I was in the washroom, told my wife he couldn't replace the faucet, and just left! After shaking my head in disbelief, I went to Canadian Tire, bought a basin wrench for $10 and did the job myself.
