Collin and Angela did a great job removing tree branches that were touching the roof, took all of the wood away and cleaned up the yard. They were polite and friendly. We will call them again.
Willow tree cut down
Very pleased with the job AC Service did for my father! Collin from AC Tree service got back very quickly with a quote. He was also able to schedule the job almost immediately. The job was professionally done and they did a really nice clean-up of the yard. But to me, they stand out because they were so accommodating with my elderly father. Great quality, value and very courteous. Highly recommended!
Wish it was higher, but.. I live in BC so emailing & texting back & forth - Collin was great! Trim and top large cedar, trim hedges, remove dead/dying section from side hedge at my sisters home - none had regular trims. But the work left her large cedar tree damaged and now needs arborist care. Entire side hedge removed with stumps left. Misunderstanding re: removal on both ends, but we are devastated. Lots of discussion but no refund/discount after. Poor customer and business practise I say.

We quoted both trim and removal options for each section of cedars. Client chose a removal for a dying section of cedar hedge. Emails, pictures and paid invoice to prove it.
The other cedar was severely overgrown, touching the house and dead on the back side and throughout the inside. Client chose to reduce height and trim, which we did.
We also offer stump grinding but client chose not to do so.

Angela and Collin were amazing!!!! Very quick and efficient services. Highly recommend.
They did a great job removing a big Manitoba Maple tree in our backyard that was attracting a ton of Box Elder bugs as well as trimming a tree that was getting close to the roof. I was really impressed that they put boards down to protect the grass and spent a lot of time tidying up afterwards. We will use them again later in the season to remove the stump. Collin and Angela are both knowledgeable and professional, I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with a tree.
