I have visited this place twice and will never do so again.
I normally go to the dealership and they look after me great, but in two times of need I have used this place.
The first time I went (a while back), they were constantly trying to sell me on everything they could. I ended up waiting longer than I ever had for an oil change anywhere else.
I gave them another chance recently again in a time of need and they disappointed once again. When I took the car in they once again wanted to sell me on replacing everything in sight. On top of that, the oil change took almost two hours to complete.
If you are going to use this place for an oil change, make sure you clear your day as you may end up waiting hours rather than minutes for an oil change.
I recently moved to the area and have been searching for somewhere where I can bring my car for service.
I brought my car in for service last weekend and was extremely impressed with both the professional skill set, service to the customer and how thorough they were with finding issues with my car.
All round excellent service. My car is running SO much better thanks to the skill set and tools available to these excellent techs. Ziad was a true gent and a real professional.
