Walter is awesome. Such a pleasant guy and did an amazing job repairing a seam in my carpet that was only fitted 6 months (the carpet store that fitted it would not help at all) you can not see where he did the repair, looks like new again.
Walter was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He is a true professional, he scheduled the most convenient time for me (on a Sunday morning), arrived prepared with all the tools he would need, and had my Berber carpet repaired within the hour. He was also such a nice guy to chat with. If I ever have another carpet issue he will be the first call I make.
