MY bf and I travel quite frequently and like to try new restaurants along our route.The service was awesome...We were greeted at the door and felt at home.Everything was great...but we were not told it was all u can eat ribs....he specifically told the waiter he was hungry...hint (upsizing his steak)....I wonder why he wasnt informed when he placed his order....Maybe the fact the all u can eat was cheaper....I think it is the job of the server to help the customer choose their order...even after we told the waiter when we overheard another table being offered the all u can eat nothing was done...k he went to the kitchen and found out if it was indeed all u can eat,and asked us not to tell anyone he had made the mistake of not mentioning it to anyone...meaning management.....
I'm still trying to get over the price for our mediocre meal. I didn't expect the best food in town, but I didn't expect to pay over 80 bucks for it.
The food was so-so. I found it cold, and boring. It took a long time for the meal to arrive and we were constantly interrupted by the employee of the month and her "bubbly" personality.
I was seated on a very uncomfortable and high chair close to the next table of children in their high chairs...being bumped every couple of minutes. Not the restaurant's fault, but the whole seating arrangement wasn't meant for a comfortable dining experience.
Someone will probably sucker me into visiting again, but I'll certainly try to talk them out of it.
