When ordering a breakfast meal, I specifically asked if the bacon was deepfried (for some reason many breakfast restaurants do this now).. I was assured by our server that the bacon is not, however when our meals arrived the bacon was most definately deepfried (curled up and tasted awful..nothing like bacon should). I politely asked the waitress to replace the bacon with well-done sausages, which she agreed to (with noticeable attitude). When she brought back the sausages, having left me to eat the rest of my breakfast without them, they were not only not well done, but they were clearly under-done! I did not complain about this because it was very obvious that she had no concern anyway. To top it off, she then completely avoided our table, not even returning to refill our coffees even once. The last time I ate at this restaurant the service was poor as well, so this cements my decision to never offer them my business again.

I found the service was very slow and the food of not good quality. Fishsticks from a box?? if i wanted that i could have gone to a grocery store and made them at home. I won't be returning thats for sure, regardless of the connection. Service was great, she was very pleasant and friendly which was the only highlight of the night.
The food, obviously coming pre made from a box was completely unlike anything that my mother has ever made. Being Children, I was taught that food should be a delightful experience, this was dull, tasteless, and felt as if I was dining at a homeless shelter.
It is time that Mom's was revamped.
The atmosphere was awful, I was rushed into finishing my meal, and did not get a refill on my drink even once.
The waitress was rude, and impatient and did not return to my table upon the delivery of my meal.
Well, I went into this restaurant expecting very little in the way of service from the moment I entered. So, in this case, I guess I was not dissapointed because It was just as horrendous as I expected it to be.
