Richard Stadnyk started Body Concepts Personal Training in 2001 because he believed he knew the secret to weight-loss success and wanted to help other people achieve their goals. Since the company’s inception, he’s grown the business to include in-home workout sessions, a service which brings in up to three-quarters of Body Concepts’ clientele.
Armed with years of experience in bodybuilding and fitness training, Richard originally focused on people who were training for fitness contests and pageants. Eventually his practice expanded to include fitness enthusiasts of all levels, with a particular focus on weight loss for women.
