Terrible response time and/or no response. Very disappointing.

The web page says they offer great products. Nothing is said about the quality of the service or of their installations. When I complained about the quality of the installation, the owner became belligerent and threatening. I’ve now had two independent contractors look at the work and say it’s very poor workmanship. Don’t hire this company unless you need an extra level of frustration in your life.

They did the roof at our cottage. After one year many shingles were falling off, and have continued to do so every year thereafter. They would not return calls, or come to fix the problem. Had to hire another company to redo the roof. Avoid this company completely.

No customer service despite numerous calls for repairs needed to a new installation. After 2 years of calling, finally got another company to come and fix all the issues.

Be VERY CAREFUL when you hire this company. I have been trying to get them to resolve a few issues for over three years. I have had many promises and nothing has been done. They did work at my cottage and unfortunately did things they weren't suppose to do and didn't do things they should have. I have tried to get them out to get things fixed but they have decided to walk away. Multiple phone calls and emails have not been answered.

Excuses, Excuses: Poor Customer Service

Emailed about a quote; "went to junk folder" called and left messages; just left, or would call back. When we complained about the lack of communication and customer service, said it was because he was too busy and didn't have a day off. Hire more people if you can't make time for your customers FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THAT VALUES CUSTOMER SERVICE
