    Poor customer treatment. On April 30/22 signed an agreement to purchase a 2022 Honda CR-V Sport. Only receive one email the first week of June advising my car was still not in. Follow up in September told good news, they were getting some 2022 CR-Vs next week, one would be mine. Following week, by text I was told I had to order a 2023 model. I had to look the new price: $3,320 more and finance rate jumped from 1,99% to 6.39%. Classic Honda blames Honda Canada and they blames Classic Honda.

    I have been a customer for as long as I can remember,perhaps since 1975. I actually straight for about a year when I purchased a used Pontiac and had more trips to Service than I had with Honda combined --needless to say, I brought that (low milege) Pontiac and traded in for another HONDA. Have not regreted ever! Service has always been great. Feel confident with their surface and our go-too sales could not be finer. Martin is wonderful - he is very thorough and puts one at ease, always.

    The experience I had with Classic Honda has made me think twice about my loyalty to Honda as a whole. I bought a used Honda from them 1 year and 1 month ago and from day 1, there was a problem where it was making some sort of sound but they assured me that they would take care of it no problem. I had to take the car to them multiple times and at one point, they kept it for a week and what did they do? Nothing - no fix at all. Then the 3rd time, they said there is no problem at all.
