Brought my vehicle in at the behest of my insurer. I thought appraiser was friendly, and as I had issues w/ a previous body shop and seeing as my insurer trusted First Canadian i thought to leave it w/ them. I couldn't have hoped for more. I needed my front fender and hood fixed and they did a fantastic job. It not only looks good as new, but they finished it w/in schedule (amazing, I know)! :)
Tow Truck driver was accommodating and friendly. However, did not do as we instructed several times. We requested they take our vehicle to our mechanic for service and insurance. Ended up charging us for ridiculous fees and storage after they did not follow our instructions. Would not recommend.
