I would not recommend this place to anyone! Went there because I got a flat tire and they are very unprofessional! They put an all season tire when I have an AWD audi and 3 of my tires are winter tires. They did not inform me about this! When I realized I called them and spoke to “Gary” and right away he refused to acknowledge my complaint and said he wants it in writing that I can’t have 3 winter tires and 1 all season. Don’t ever go here if you don’t want to be taken advantage of and cheated!
Concord location. (purchase & installation of snow tires) I arrived at 7:45am for an 8am appointment. Doors were locked. Waited until 8:10am before calling - no answer. Received a call back - will arrive in 10 minutes. Arrives and informs me that he left shop keys at home - asks me to come back. Had to rearrange ALL my appointments. I drive back to have snow tires installed. Tires are installed, go home and find out that the back tires need to be switched 3 TRIPS to install tires! Unbelievable
Such a terrible service.... I brought my car to switch tires on my rims. And they scached all 4 of my OEM Rims!!!! Explaining that their machine is broken.... that is not even an excuse... If you see you did a damage on one tom why did you kept on going and scached all of them. I was trying to contact owner of the bussiness, but looks like they don't want to fix they BAD job. Small claim court, here I come.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Long story short they held on to my rims for 3 months to finally tell me that they cant get my tires. They do not have competent staff who are able to place a simple tire order. You would figure a tire shop knows how to order tires and tell a client the status. Also don’t believe anyone who tells you that they will call you back because they wont. They told me that they would call me back on multiple occasions and never did once. DONT EVER GO HERE.
Overcharged by double for a service call during regular hours, 2h charged 4, plus a $250 service fee.
Overcharged for parts by about 400%, in comparison to other shops in the area, and did not list the parts, simply a generalized total of $250 for $60 in parts
In the end the bill was more than double what ANY OTHER COMPANY WOULD CHARGE!
I would never recommend using this place, because they won't answer legitimate questions about the billing, and are padding everything. Gave them 2 chances.
