Unbelievably poor ! They were assigned by the appliance company. Over a 3 week period none of our calls were answered at when our warranty repair might be done. Finally, the appliance company re assigned the repair to another firm with profound apologies as to our treatment. Total arrogance .
We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. My husband was at the new house when the service man came and was very impressed with his knowledge and quick repair. I would use them again.
My wife was advised by Leon's to call Freeziecat for our new fridge repair as they are authorized by Leon's.
It's been a week and a half and we finally got an appointment.
After waiting 10 hours I called to find out if they were going to show and all the girl could say is...do you want me to cancel your appointment over and over again.
I can't believe that Leon's uses this company or at least they could train the girl on how to speak with customers, she was very rude.
