At Farmscape Stables, our mission is to bring our love for horses into the hearts of both new and developing riders. Our staff helps to nurture an interest in the equine arts in riders, and to encourage each rider to independence and balance. Our focus is not on rider enjoyment alone. We work to instill the main elements of harmony, function and form in the rider’s instinct, so that the rider can grow independently of the trainer and in perfect harmony with the horse. We believe that the horse is a reflection of those qualities that we wish to develop in our own selves: strength, grace, beauty, and empathy, and we believe that horses should be treated with the respect that such qualities invoke.
