We have been shopping at Mystic Carpet for a number of years now. We have done our whole house with hardwood, my mothers condo with engineered, and our son did his basement with engineered. We have just purchased engineered for our condo, as it is time to downsize. Mr. Singh has been our go-to guy for all of the purchases. He has been patient with our mind changing, made suggestions as to the best product and colours for our needs, and just generally has been great to work with Mr.Singh
When I went in I did not think this was the right place for me. However I was quickly assured that this was the only place for me to buy my flooring. The owner was so resourceful and experienced in flooring it was incredible. He had everything I was looking for and such UNIQUE designs and I saved $$$$$.

Wow what an amazing store. It was packed full of products and they had everything I needed in one spot. I went to a few other stores but they only had a small selection but Mr. Singh had it all and was very fun to deal with. Great store and customer service will be sending all my friends and family here.
