This place has always been exceedingly knowledgeable and friendly. The believe in their motto "Pets come First". They are willing to take those few extra minutes to make a difference for you.

    A renewed hope

I previously had a bad experience at Pet Culture however I went in again recently to give them another chance because of one of their employees Natalie. She gave me a new look at the store. It is so clean, organized and the animals are well cared for. They have so much selection and the employees are helpful and efficient. Even if they do not know they will find out for you. I got a tank for my tortoise and it was on sale for such a great discount and good quality (Zilla brand).I will be back.

This Petculture in Guelph is great. Staff is always asking to help and they've only given me great advice. I have marine fish, and mulitple dogs in my family, Rottweiler, English Sheepdog, Border Collie and 2 Wheaten Terriers, they sell higher end products for all of them. I would recommend this store to anyone in Guelph.

Employees are not knowledgeable! They tried to sell me two incompatible fish (I am studying Marine Biology) that REQUIRED a heated tank (which I specified that I do not have).

They have a great selection of items, willing to order if they don't have. Prices are fair, could be better but that's everyone's opinion on every store. Great knowledge regarding pet needs. The store is always neat and tidy.
