Great guys! We decided not to go with a hot tub (got a pool instead) and got refund back straight away.

I purchased hottub less than 2 yrs ago. At first they are great. Any issue they don't deal with. Paid to have them move my hottub broke my music cover and leaks. This has gone on since Oct 2015. First mark then Jorge and now tristan. Terrible customer service and followup. Would never recommend them.
