This company proves that you can do something for 40 years and still not know how to get it right.... Smooth talking con artist took four months to complete our pool install not including the landscaping which was done by another company that never showed up on time either!

Id give negative stars here if I could. Koho Pools are nothing but rude and confrontational; lack any professionalism and cannot keep to commitments they make. Their customer service is brutal on all fronts.They lack acceptable service when opening & closing pools (Ive had to finish things myself).They also dont provide invoices despite requests & then verbally yell at you for any concerns that you bring to their attention (1 woman yells at you & talks over you; truly horrible).Go somewhere else

Eager to install our in-ground pool but does not stand behind the workmanship. When our pool sank on one side, I called multiple times and even personally attended the place of business. Promises were made to “come look” – but it never happened. Gave up after trying for two years. Found another contractor to fix the problem. I would NOT recommend Koho Pools to anyone!

Leo is a smooth talker (as mentioned in other reviews). He'll promise the moon and stars but can't deliver. The company "bunny hops" from job to job taking forever to finish. Do yourself a favour don't even entertain the thought of going in his doors. How Leo can stay in business is beyond me. If there are any other recent clients reading this I'd love to hear how your experience with Leo and Kohl has been. MONTHS to finish a straight forward job, no communication quick to get his $ though

This is July 6, 2017. I could make a list of 1000 complaints about this company, but the urgent one is although I have been calling since May to have my pool opened-- and Leo answered on May 17-- he hasn't answered since and my pool is sitting there looking like a swamp--- I phone daily asking them to come and open it, but never even get an answer.
