NEVER will I support PetSmart EVER again! Yes curbside pickup is completely reasonable ( I do it at my shop like everyone else in Ontario) but when you say that you "don't have the big box of dog food" and I say "ok that's fine I'll take the small one" •My dogs have no more Raw food & the Manager is the one that shows back up with NO food saying that's MY fault they don't have food and that I " Better order it online fast" considering It closes in 10 mins means there is no chance. ( Spend 10 min

Very rude staff! Everytime I go for grooming i have trouble getting my dog in! I called and complained! They didn't do anything about it!

I wanted to buy a goldfish for my son a lady told me that I couldn't buy a fish because we did not have the adequate size tank. She did not offer to sell me a tank or such she just told me I could not buy my three-year-old son a goldfish so I point blank asked her if we could buy a fish today and she said no we then left the store with the crying son. I will never return and i live 5 mins away.
