I complained about the disgusting service in this store on May 29, 2024. Since then I haven't receive any response or apology from the management , they even didn't publish my review on the site. So one more time I request that the cashier Valeriya P.be punished and the workers from customer service as well as all of them were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The service in the store is the worst one in Toronto. I expect management's reaction to this issue.
Bad experience with attempt to return an expensive bacon which happen to have an awful taste. My wife and me have tried only small piece then spit it. On 10/23/2021 at 6pm the both cashier and manager rejected my return due to opened package.
It means that anyone who purchased at Yummy the tasteless, rotten, or poisonous stuff won't be able to get money back. Because you need to open it first...
Very disappointed that the fresh fish wasn't scaled. They offer a great selection and you definitely pay for it. But is having your fish scaled cost extra? the service was never even offered. I have never before bought a fish anywhere that was not scaled, that is the most basic of services at any market. still in disbelief.
The store is beautiful, the products are great and I even got great service at the deli counter. What I was very upset about today was walking by dairy and having heard Sal C, a manager, scream at an employee for putting products on the shelves. Even if he took the wrong “skid”, you don’t have to scream at him in front of customers. Not cool. Maybe your staff needs a course in proper staff management.
