$125 for a service call just for them to look at me confused and say it���s old so it���s likely the motherboard is fried. When I ask for a quote for a replacement they say I have to get a new opener I ask how much, I told him just a basic opener. He calls the office and quotes $665 + tax���.. when I say I���ll have to call them back he drives away without saying anything. Guess I���ll learn to install a garage door opener myself they already got enough of my money for doing nothing.
Excellent service from start to finish. Our experience was smooth from the moment Corinne arrived to give us advice and a quote. We loved that someone came to us with colour samples and then took photos and provided us photos. She continued to help with trim selections. From then to the final order, installation and billing all went extremely well. And most important the final product which was 2 iron ore walnut coloured garage doors with windows look fabulous and totally changed the look.

We called to book a warranty service call. They sent a tech with a paperwork order that said chargeable call. We didn't see the work order until after the work was finished whereby the tech made us sign. After repeated attempts to contact a service manager and customer service and repeated invoices sent they made us pay for the work that should have been covered under warranty or at least expressed to us that it wouldn't be before doing the work. Do not call them for service or products!
We have a door installed through our Home builder that was under warranty with The Door Company, it began working intermittently and we called to have a representative come to diagnose the problem. During the initial conversation we indicated the door was still under warranty and we were told that the service call would be covered as we were still within our one year warranty period.
