Absolutely horrendous customer service!!! I ordered a chair and it took over 3 months to come in, they promised me it would be here every week and it never came. They also promised to deliver it and it was never delivered. I asked for my money back and have gotten the run around many times. Every time I call, the manager Tony is not in. Really???? What do I have to do to get some service? I am at my wits end!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
Worst experience in my life with the customer service with this company. Bought a custom made sofa and it looked like a sofa that you find on the side of the street on garbage day! The owners and managers didn't want to fix anything kept dodging my concerns and issues like they were playing a game of dodgeball. If you want good quality furniture with nice designs I suggest you go to the Brick or Leon's at least they will fix or provide a full refund if you don't like the design or have issues.
Seriously, this store is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Just have a careful look at the so called 5 stars reviews (google maps)--most of them are fake profiles & created by the owner. They will give you a run-around with your order and when you ask for a refund they will tell you that you cannot cancel. They will not hesitate to call and threaten you. It's just unbelievable that government authorities are not yet investigating them despite all the horrific reviews! NOT RECOMMENDED!
