I have a 2010 G37X Sport Sedan.
I noticed just before I took it in for my last service that I have a RUST mark on the trunk of my car.
The rep at Woodchester collision center couldn't believe that a G37 had RUST and especially a 2010!
He took pictures and said he would get back to me.
He did. He explained that as I had over 100,000 kms it was no longer covered!!! I said this was unacceptable for a less then 4 year old car let alone one that cost $50,000+
The owner Nick said he sympathized with me but he couldn't help me as Infiniti would bounce the claim back.
I will contact Infiniti head office directly in hopes to get this resolved.
Prior to this unfortunate incident I had my car serviced at Woodchester and had no complaints, but this is really when the should put their backing behind customers. Their motto states "Where excellence comes standard".... I don't think so!!!
I am really disappointed with the quality, no car should RUST this early so BUYER BEWARE!!! SEE ATTACHED PICTURE
