My girlfriends and I frequently dine out for lunch and the Emporium is our favourite dining spot. The food is never disappointing and always DELICIOUS ! We are always attended to by a friendly informed staff. After our lunch we love to go to their in-house boutique. Truly worth the drive to New Dundee. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ???
I have ate here on & off for years - the food is very good (especially the specials!). BUT the last 2 times we went on a whim, we got asked about reservations - which is normal - however, we had business cards shoved at us when we said no and TOLD we should be calling to confirm as the restaurant might be full - AND that this was going happen every time we came without a reservation!! We felt chastised!! It was 11:20am and empty - their patio was available with no bookings! Ridiculous!
How dare you refuse service yesterday to a child and her grandmother. They came to your establishment to have tea before her grandmother flew off to Europe for a couple months. Your staff were so rude that this child ended up crying. Do you know what customer service means? Remember the public are the ones that keep this establishment going and you just lost a lot of business with this stunt. Absolutely disgusting to see a child and lady treated in such a manor.
