Bad service and UNKNOWN CHARGES after journey
Hotel billed me a penalty supposedly for smoking in the room when my husband and I are non-smokers. When I first called (after seeing the charges on my card), they said it was simply an amount to verify the card validity and it would be refunded within a week. I called back after a week to find out I was misinformed and that the charges were for smoking in the room. When I asked for more info, they said they had "evidences" but couldn't really tell me what kind of evidences. They transferred me to their manager voicemail who never contacted me back (2 weeks ago). So I am really wondering how much money they make for charging client unfounded charges once they are gone without letting them know and without teling them what the charges are for.
