Alex the salesperson came and we had an agreement to do 4 windows at an agreed price. He made some cancellation on the invoice and we paid the $100 deposit in cash. Later we realized that he cancelled the window we added. We decided to terminate the agreement the very next day and faxed and emailed the company our cancellation. We called and James confirmed receiving the email, but does not mention about giving us back our deposit. We have yet to hear from anyone from the company. Dont trust the
Windows are super drafty and came with many broken parts. Installers dismissed any responsibility and said I have to follow up with Window city (manufacturer). Do not waste your money with them
Check the BBB rating - they have an "F" rating. (The worst rating possible from the BBB). They are spammers who won't remove me from their spam list, I get faxes from them every week even though I keep asking to be removed. They say they'll remove me but they never do. This has gone on for a year.
First Michael came by and spent almost an hour explaining what would be done and how.He also brought a demo window and used it to show me how to operate it. He was very patient.I placed the order for 20 windows and was told it would take about three weeks to get the custom windows made and delivered to my place. Sure enough, they called three weeks later to make the appointment for installation.I'm very happy about Canadian Windows.Call them if you want great service along with reasonable price.
It was very smooth from beginning to end. Canadian Windows guys who were very professional and responsive. I gave them the deposit and they called me the very next day to set up an installation date. The windows were installed within two weeks. Installation was on time and very professional. Cleanup was excellent. I was happy from the beginning to end of the experience.
