I was never turned down and when they could not assist due to a different specialization - I was recommended to a different law firm and it allowed me to resolve my issues.
I would AVOID this law firm at ALL COSTS. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone when you call. Good luck with anyone answering e-mails or returning calls. I sent information to this law firm repeatedly with regard to my case, FOR OVER AN ENTIRE MONTH with NO RESPONSE. Several phone messages, NOT A SINGLE CALL BACK. If you're looking for someone accountable and ethical - from my personal experience, THIS IS NOT THE LAW FIRM FOR YOU. They are completely negligent in all their operations and it seems they do not hold themselves accountable for ANYTHING.
