Terrible service. Call Center they use is a joke. No cx service skills. Not able to resolve issues. Not able to talk to managers. Pressing 1 for English and you get someone who doesnt understand English (good job recruiter). Put through an investigation and upon digging deeper into the situation we found out they were given this info in 2016 and Equifax did not update their information and this has ruined my score for 2 years.
