I spent more than an hour on a Saturday when they prepared an order. The sales representative, Leticia, was not able to quote the delivery until Monday and suggested to pay the total then. On Monday she didn't call. When I called, she told me that her boss increased the price and thus they would not honor the conditions of their Saturday invoice #104599 (she still didn't know the delivery price). Thus, they reneged on a contract they voluntarily entered just a day ago. Avoid at all cost.
