Worst reception person , I want to get my hair done and want to ask for an advise if the a particular haircut would be a good or style change is possible along with the colour and showed some example pictures .The guy on the reception immediately reaponded rudely that “ we would not give away tips and you should go to another hairdresser or ask shoppers for colour “ Is that what you say to a person who needs advise what’s the best you can say to fob off a customer ? Extremely appalling!
