Very disappointed with the customer service and follow up. After paving my driveway, water flows directly into my garage flooding the entire space and turning the garage into a skating rink in the winter. This is year two(2) and still waiting for NATION WIDE PAVING LTD ORANGEVILLE to come out and fix this issue. Left dozens of messages for Brenda only to be told that I am her favourite client and that they will be coming out to fix the problem soon. Unfortunately, lawyers are the next step.

Don't Honour Contracts

Extremely disappointed with the professionalism and conduct of this company. They signed a contract with us to pave our driveway. Several weeks later, it took many phone calls to have them tell us they weren't even sure if they could perform the job. Long story short, and several more weeks later, they finally told us that their equipment didn't work on our street and that they'd honour their contract through another company. That was the last we ever heard from them; driveway still unpaved.

Had my long country lane way done by Nation Wide Paving was working with their estimator Brenda all the way through my project. Had 3 quotes and found her price very compatible and her to be very knowledgeable, had a water issue by the garage and they graded it as she said and no problem nw, the crew was great and friendly they did a fantastic job.i would highly recommend this company.
