Contacted through website form on Thursday. Received a prompt reply by e-mail. Brought the TV down to the shop and got a diagnostic the same day for a diagnostic fee. With consent, he ordered the parts ordering and made the repairs. Got contacted on Sunday repairs were done for a decent fee. 50$ diagnostic fees up front. Excellent service.
Excellent service. Diagnosis and repair estimate provided very quickly with an exceptionally fast turnaround time for repair. Price was totally reasonable, and repair work was top notch. Would 100% recommend!!
Charged $55 for inspection for Haier (2yo cost $350), and said $300 cost exchange part, in total 410-55=355 plus tax, after a few emails reduced to $300 plus tax, or option 2 - Hai emailed me - can buy it from you for $50! In the bottom line was the problem in one back light line and cost me $130 to fix it in more business professional person. Be careful with this shop!
Contacted Hai on a Sunday morning and was asked to deliver my TV to him. Did so in the late afternoon and on Tuesday was given an explanation as to why the TV was not working and an estimate of the repair costs. Told him to go ahead with repairs. Although the part took over a week to arrive (not his fault), he repaired the TV immediately and at the estimated cost. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
