My charging cable for my pacifica hybrid became defective somehow and needed replacement but because of supply chain issues, it took awhile. Chris from customer service told me to charge my van at the dealership anytime and i did since i am just 4 blocks away. He told me they had to go contact dealerships in the US that may have a spare lying around just to find a replacement. They got it for me in like 3 weeks. These guys are pro and really care for their customers.
As always, great service from Chris (and from everyone). Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Always thinking for what is best for the client. I look forward to meeting him again in my next service
