Its a small, family-run shop. The service is above just friendly and helpful, it is exceptionally good. I always get an excellent batch of wine from Premium. There are a few wind-making establishments in town, and this one is the best. It is across town from where I live, but well worth the drive.
We have been making wine here for over 10 years & Peter is very informative about the wines. We make both red & white and have never been disappointed in a batch. Would highly recommend making your wine here.
