Stay away at all costs. If you have an issue with a gas stove, I would not deal with these guys.
Regional Factory Services was terrific from beginning to end. They answered their phone with courtesy, and provided fast and excellent service. The service tech Todd was very professional, quickly fixed my problem with my Frigidaire Fridge and answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. Thank you Regional Factory Services and Todd, you are highly recommended for the professional and quality work provided!
I received service from Regional Factory technicians name was Joe on my washer. He fixed my washer under warranty and while at my home for only 30.00 he also fixed my Kenmore Dishwasher. In the future Joe and Regional are the company of choice at my home. Thank you Joe
First and last time I will use this company. Needed my Panasonic microwave repaired. Repair was done OK but.... I first called and was told that it would cost $33 to have the microwave looked at and that I would then get an estimate for the repair. Well I was surprised when I called them 10 days later just to be told that the repair was complete and I owed them another $61. As well it took over 6 weeks to get my microwave back, this is completely unacceptable under any conditions. Overall customer service - a big fat ZERO
Had an issue with my Samsung fridge. Can you believe that they're one of the only appliance places that service this well known brand that is sold EVERYWHERE? I called four other places and they said "We won't touch" Samsung, so I finally called Samsung and they referred me to Regional. Finally. They only took a day to get to my place and I appreciate the effort that they took to attempt to have a technician the same day. Fortunately I ended up getting them because my compressor was still under warranty! Took a little bit of time, (about 3 days) to get the compressor, but I saved a bunch of money on the part because it was covered. Overall I've had a pretty good experience and the technician seemed pretty seasoned and knew what he was doing!
We have no idea why Dufresne even associates their company with this one. We have had several problems with our dishwasher and every time we are left high and dry for a week or more. The first time, they totally forgot that I had called and asked them to send out a tech. After a week of not hearing from anyone, I called them and I was told that my request had "Fallen through the cracks". It took another week after that for them to get the part, come in, and repair the problem. The second time, just before Thanksgiving weekend no less, they refused to send anyone out to look at the problem my dishwasher was having saying that the error code was all the information they needed. Well, of course when they showed up 10 DAYS later with the wrong part it was not too surprising. After almost a MONTH with no dishwasher and a family of 4, the repair guy showed up today, after he left and the rinse cycle he had put on to get rid of the nasty smell that had come of water being stuck in it for a week when they refused to send anyone out, I tried to load it to find that he had not anchored it back into the counter. Thinking it was a human error I called the company to have him return and fix it. I then learned that he had decided to leave them undone until he could order a new part, which he did not tell me about. It will now be another "Few days" until the work is fully completed, I'm just happy to have a dishwasher again. Moral of the story: Extended Warranties are not worth it. Oh, and the review directly before me is quite rude. There was no reason for them to say those things about a person they don't know. Jeeze.
I ensured to call the manufacturers to determine who was a reputable servicer in the area for both my Thermadore dishwasher and my Sub Zero fridge( both now out of warranty). Both referred me to Regional. The parts did take a little bit long, that is my only complaint, but these brands are not as commonly produced as LG and Frigidaire. They could not come for a few days, but this is to be expected as most service companies have more than one client. I didn't cry about my dishwasher, seems like the other reviewer: a) doesn't know when to followup when they don't receive a call and then blames it on the company, b) Is an entitled, spoiled cry baby who has never washed their dishes by hand before.
It took them 5 days to contact me for a service call and then another 7 days to schedule someone to come and repair my dishwasher. I gave them 3 phone #s to call on me the scheduled date to ensure someone is home before the repairman arrives but I was told they will call only one phone number - no answer = no service.
