These guys were fast and responsive. Out stove was repaired very quickly. We are very satisfied with the service.
Absolutely unprofessional and rude, they only want your money, zero responsibility. Stay away!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! POOR SERVICE. They promised you to come at a time but never showed up and it happened twice, poor customer services, the woman who answers the phone doesnt even know what shes doing. dont waste your time here. I wish i can give no star!
Collin, the technician, was actually pleasant to deal with. If it were possible to make appointments with him directly this experience would have been significantly better. The RECEPTIONIST has no idea what customer service is. She will tell you what she expects you want to hear, but when things dont go as she says she will blame you and the weather and whatever else she can think of.

Good service and did a good job but overcharged me as compared to my husbands quote because he was not there.
My washer was making a bad noise, not washing my clothes well and not fully draining the water out with done. I called Bayview Home Appliance Center and there service was amazing. I called them and a technician called me and fixed my appliance in no time at all and now it's working perfectly without any hiccups! I
Called them to come and replace to plastic parts on my fridge, gave them the part numbers. Couple of days later they called me back and said that they have the parts, and I have to stay at home between 1 to 4pm for the technician to come in. The guy showed up at 4:20pm with no parts to my amazement. was more surprise when takes out an invoice and charges me for writing down the Serial number and model number of the fridge. And gets ready to leave. $65+HSt for the information that I already gave them on the phone a week before! I even took the time to call and ask for part numbers from the manufacturer. I called the manager, he tries to sell me the process after left me at home for almost 4 hours. Not even an apology. I told him that he should at least say that he is sorry that he has wasted my time. So much for doing your homework and asking them to come and just replace the parts.
