As a studying Holistic Nutritionist, I am quite impressed by the RHMS Food Policy and their recognition of nutrition's role in academic performance. It's rare to find a school that upholds clean eating. This makes it easier for parents who instill clean eating practices at home, to rest assured that their children will continue to eat whole, natural foods at school as well, and most importantly, learn why it's important.
We had both our children at RHMS for four years now and every time we have dinner with our kids we witness how excited our children are on talking about the schools daily events. Not only are they learning at levels that shock us from time to time, but it amazes us on how engaged and informed our children are about adult issues and world events.
