Muskoka Delivery Service

worst ever...I live in goulais and they just send a driver who lives here at random times and last time he left a note on fedex stationary, I had no idea who to call. how I see my parcel is in the depot here but 3 days no communication from muskoka. JUNK!

Avoid at all costs if you can! Terrible service and staff.

Terrible service.I got a text saying to get my item at an old address which is now a vape shop (they had moved over 2 years before and failed to update any info online/otherwise).When I finally found it after driving in circles there were 3 people smoking outside in the front lot (not very welcoming) and once inside when I suggested very politely that they update their records I was met with rudeness/righteousness, eye rolling and an aggressive tone insisting it was "not their fault". Avoid!

Awful, just awful. They handle UPS deliveries in the Sault, and so far I've had packages delivered days late after arriving in the city, or not delivered at all. Never provide UPS tracking updates either. Avoid!

Abysmal, they now do UPS delivery....i had shipment notification sent to me last Wednesday informing me of delivery by end of day Thursday, no attempt made, no attempt made Friday....it's Monday package is MIA

Had two parcels on two separate days to be delivered and they put on the ups tracking for the first deliver that there was no answer. They never came because they wanted to delivery on day two to save gas I assume. Shady. Don't use them unless you have to.
