This business is the worse I’ve ever seen. They took my car from an accident and refuse me to have access and to sign the release form for the insurance to take the vehicle. They accused my friend of things that he didn’t do. They are very unprofessional and I would not do business with them ever again. Please be careful which tow company take your care because you can be scammed.

Beware of this greedy company! It does not know what is honest.

T- Dot Auto Collsion is a great auto body shop in Toronto. Great customer service!!! They did a great job with my Lexus, which was damaged when I accidentally backed into a tree while parking. I got my car back in two days as like new and freshly washed for less than the quoted estimate! Their price was also fair. T- Dot Auto Collsion car repair and his team were really AWESOME! Friendly people, too. I'd definitely highly recommend them. Would use them again!!!

Got into an accident lately and was taken to this body shop and was very please with the service that was done on my vehicle as well as the way i was treated, will definitely go back there for any of my vehicles repair and would recommend T-Dot to my family and friends

Great shop. Really like the service; Even helped me with the deductible.

Poor and dishonest service!

The shop gave us a reasonable estimate for the damages. Unfortunately though as with most dishonest shops, they jacked up that price when we were actually doing the repairs. The estimate didn't even come close to the price they wanted to charge and increased it by 30-40% with the same repairs. To top it off they even have the nerve to stall the repairs with excuses such as not being able to find the parts even though they promised to have it done after a certain period of time.
