I went to them to fix my broken nail that was broken from the half and was so painful, they asked me to wait for hour an half. The employees there always speak in their language when guest are there and that is not respectful at all.
I was very disappointed with my manicure. If was poorly done: nails were not even at the end, they didn't take time to moisturize my hands, they scratched my nails and after I refused 5 times to put nail polish, she asks me if she could put some "serum" that revealed to be nail polish! I had to rush to another place to get it fixed and the other place was even cheaper and they worked way better than they did the first time. I don't recommend this place at all.
Now that this nail salon is under new management, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mike is amazing at what he does, and can recreate any design you have in mind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Great place to go. Staff is friendly , professional and great at what they do. They truly make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended, and I will continue to return here. Very clean.
My nails look amazing. The staff is hilarious, if you can handle a joke. I'd recogment this nail salon if you like quality work and like to joke around during the ptocess . prices could be better but I don't mind paying it when they last
This is by far the worst salon in St.Catharines! manager and staff were rude, was insulted by worker, and the overall job was below par! When a simple correction was asked to be made, I got yelled at and talked down to. To top it all off after I came home and google searched their records, I found that they failed many health checks for unsanitary equipment. Terrible establishment. Will NOT return!
