I had rented a unit previously from this business and had a great experience. I went in to inquire about a 10X10 unit and was told that 2 were available. I left my name and number with them and explained that I was going out of town but would be back in the following week to rent it. When I came back both units were gone with no explanation or apology. Extremely poor attitude from the manager. I rented another unit just as good for $40 a month less. Good facility, terrible service.
