    I bought the vouc...

    I bought the voucher for Cavalier for 3 refresher facial or 3 manicure. I was very disappointed. I used 2 manicure for myself and my mom. The girl didn't have proper equipment to dry the nails. 2 hours later, I still ended up wiping out one nail with paper towel. I decided to try the facial the next weekend and booked my appointment. My appointment was at 10:30 AM, I waited 1 hour, the aesthetician was still working on a makeup job. When I told the manager I could not wait any longer, all she could say was sorry, and offered to rebook my appointment. She told me she can only make sure the customer is served, but can't do anything else if her worker is running behind. This is unacceptable.

    Incredible salon....

    Incredible salon. The new place looks amazing. It's warm, modern, open and accessible. I had my hair cut by Zlata and it was amazing. The cut was precise, she equipped me with the tools to recreate the style at home. The staff from the moment I walked in was friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. I would HIGHLY recommend going there. Million dollar service with a 1/4 of the price.

    AWESOME!!! Best Hair Cut of My Life!!!

    I love my hair! Best hair cut ever, I got my colour done and it is amazing and then I got a cut and it was exactly what I wanted, I am so happy, you guys are the best!!!!!!

    I had Nadia cut my hair. The worst hair cut I have ever seen. I do not recommend it at all.
