Very happy with my Dr, he is the best , waiting time are long after the appointment time, no I am happy to wait for the results and the pleasure to be able to communicate with my Dr , thank you for the wonderful service

Wait times for the patients is absolutely brutal. Sometimes I wait 3 hours after an appointment time. The care I get from my doctor is excellent and he always goes beyond. But can we please do something about the wait times as with kids it's absolutely insane. Kids don't want to sit that long and being sick on top of that is absurd. The clinic is clean just out dated. Staff is generally friendly. Not an actually clinic but a doctors office.

I just moved into Thorold. Don't have a doctor. Looked online for a walk in clinic as I was sick. Walked to the office as it was listed as a clinic. Was listed refused help by reception .
