Sorry we had the vehicle done on time and on budget,but wouldnt release it until it was paid for...no different than going to a grocery store and trying leave without paying for your groceries.

If you don't need your vehicle back right away

Drop it off Thursday promised would be ready Friday afternoon, Friday afternoon came around still wasn't ready,then told Saturday morning, went there Saturday morning and now they say it something else that my warrant doesn't cover and then can't do anything till Monday morning, but the kicker is the thing I sent it in for to be fixed they haven't even done that yet so maybe I have it back by Thursday with a big bill

People need to be more understanding and patient when dealing with 3rd party warranty companies. Sometimes it takes a few days to get an authorization.
