We bought a new table and chairs we found the chairs uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time we complained and we were told that you only have 48 hours to file a complaint. We had to order the set because they don't have any that you can buy and take with you and we had to wait to get them. They said that their terms are spelled out on their brochure that they give you when you purchase them, however we were not aware of their policy and we feel that they should offered to make some arrangement to remedy the problem. They didn't so we will never buy anything from Dufresne's ever again.
