Would have given zero stars if I could.
So.... we booked this service to take my husband and I from his office to downtown Toronto to a game, and pick us up afterwards. We live 75 min away from downtown. They called us halfway through the 3rd period to say they weren't coming to get us because a car broke down. No options or alternatives - told us to call an Uber! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Terrible service - not reliable. I received a confirmation call and email, and they never showed up for the pick-up. When I called to check, they said "sorry, we somehow missed the reservation". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
