Tried to get this company to come and clean my eavestroughs. Had at least 3 different appointment calls from the assigned cleaner. Was a no show on all 3 times. Excuses were busy on another job. Called the company, although polite on the phone. Nothing got accomplished. The next person they gave the job too, they gave him a wrong work order address. Do not recommend, very difficult to arrange a simple job.
Hired then to make repairs and install Leaf Guards on my home and my dads. The materials used are good the install took sometime but in the end it was completed to my satisfaction. It came with a warranty and hey came back and made repairs that I requested. The young man they sent out Josh is excellent work and customer service. Ask for him by name to complete your work. You won't be disappointed.
DO NOT CALL this company. Ben the contractor is extremely RUDE and has serious problems. He was supposed to complete the work but the day off he didn't show up. I called him and he was totally out of it tgen hung up on me. He phoned back and said really crazy things to me on the phone.
Do not use this company, they are not realizable, respectful not trustworthy. Be aware!!!!
I received a notice from the city that my downspouts needed to be disconnected from the sewers. I have 6 downspouts but was not sure where they could be re-routed. The technician from Armstrong & Nelson did a thorough assessment of my eavestrough and downspout systems and determined that 3 downspouts should not be disconnected as it would present a hazard to my property from water draining onto walkways and the driveway. I had had another company out who would have disconnected all the downspouts and quoted a price much higher than Armstrong & Nelson. Armstrong & Nelson helped me with a waiver exemption application to the city. I am grateful that the downspouts were disconnected and redirected with such forethought not to mention the honesty. This was the most professional company I have ever dealt with.
I called Armstrong and Nelson Eavestroughing as my eavestroughs were leaking in several places and water was coming into my basement.I had other companies out before trying to fix the problem but they could not.Armstrong and Nelson were very understanding of the urgency of my need.A technician came to my home the following day and did a full inspection and found my downpipes were clogged with debris and that water was sitting in my eavestroughs spilling over as there was ice damage from the winter.T hey advised me to reslope the eavestroughs,seal the leaks and unclog the downpipes by taking them apart.I also had them install leafguards to protect the eavestroughs .I am so thankful that they were able to restore my eavestroughs and provide me with such professional service.I would not hesitate to recommend them for any work to any of my friends,neighbors or colleagues.Thanks Armstrong and Nelson.
I needed to get part of my eavestroughing replaced and another part repaired. The work was done by Jacob from Armstrong & Nelson Eavestroughing. Jacob did an excellent job. He listened carefully to what I wanted to get done and did exactly was asked for. The quality of the work was outstanding and everything looks great. Jacob cleaned up after the job and took all the old materials away. Jacob was friendly and courteous throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend him and Armstrong & Nelson for any eavestroughing work.

Last night after the tremendous amount of rain I opened up the yellowpages and saw Armstrong and Nelsons ad. I phoned and got a friendly knowledgable young lady on the phone. I explained that my downspout got knocked around and fell off leaving me in a terrible mess with water coming into my home. She had great faith in her technicians that they would tend to my needs immediately.Sure enough Ben the manager called confirmed a time and resecured my eaves with in the hour. I highly recommend this company especially in an emergency like mine!
