they are a wonderful little gem in the heard of Cabbagetown. Their rates are competitive and they have a back parking lot which is unusual in that neck of the woods..would highly recommend!
1) The washroom has NEVER toilet paper, soap or paper to dry your hands with. 2) The old freight elevator, shared with Dollarama, is not available 9/10 because it is stuck on their floor. The rental manager NEVER comes to assist you in person to get it freed up. 3) Email requests to straighten out unexplained monthly overbilling go unanswered for weeks on end. Bottom line: you are paying (overpaying in my case) for services you never get.
