needed help removing a dishwasher to relocate a dishwasher hose. merv drove all the way from whitby to downtown toronto to meet me. he showed up on time. he went the extra mile and actually fixed theproblem with my dishwasher. waht a pleasure to deal with. will use him all the time in the future.
I had a rattle develop in my dryer. The Factory Direct technician was available exactly when I needed him. He was polite and friendly and quickly assessed the problem. The problem ended up being important, but easily fixed and I was definitely not overcharged. Would use again!
